At DaMontaro Perfume, we aim to deliver your fragrances with care, speed, and reliability. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders are processed and delivered.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, new launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details.

We currently ship all over PAN India with Rs.99 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (where available)

Delivery times may vary based on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress. If you experience any issues with tracking, feel free to contact our support team

Packaging & Handling

All perfumes are carefully packed using protective, secure packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. As perfumes are fragile and flammable items, we comply with all shipping and safety regulations.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Force majeure events (weather, strikes, regulatory restrictions)

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may be reshipped at an additional cost or refunded after deducting shipping charges.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and product.

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution as per our policy.
